As we were heading back to lspd with ng convoy we had encountered a heavy gun fight .
but during this time i found id 102498 was mercy killing his own people as in the provided bodycam with is against the rules
6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing)
