Rejected Stealing in GZ, POV Request | 0000

I had my Dark Blue Ferrari Parked in Greenzone at Licensing center where you get Drivers License and stuff like that, Mr Itachi Galaxy somehow steals the car from there
So just for confirmation purpose I want to see where and how he manage to steal from such a location without ramming the car, and even in Greenzone if ramming was not the case, and by rules he is supposed to have its POV for 48 hours

Admins, You can check the logs of me, where I parked my car if possible for you, bcoz I am damn sure It was in the Greenzone at the place where you get drivers license and there is no other possibility
