Life story
Tyrell is an extremely loyal person who has issues with getting to trust other people. Once he does gain trust in someone he will be loyal to him/her and help wherever possible. He will be there when his friends or job requires him to. Tyrell is known as a joker and likes to make fun of people. He is known for his dark humor.
Tyrell was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This is where he lived till the age of 16.
Tyrell had a tough time in highschool. They used to make fun of him, only for the fact that he was black. This caused severe trust issues to Tyrell. Due to this he is known to defend himself wherever needed. He will never engage first, but always wait till he is threatened by others. Once they do attack him he will do everything in his power to get out of the situation.
Tyrells mother, Linda, had a job as a police officer. She used to tell great stories of catching suspects, but also horrific stories about bloody murder scenes. As a result of this Tyrell got used to seeing bloody pictures and he had his boundaries of fear pushed. Tyrell doesn’t fear tough situations, but always wants to respect the law. Tyrell found out he is very calm in stressful situations.
Career story
As a former deputy in the National Guard Tyrell is used to a military structure. This was clearly noticeable during his time as the Chief of the Los Santos Police Department. He used to run a strict policy and feels like this is for everyone’s best interest. After a very successful term as a chief Tyrell spread his wings to the FIB. Here he used his skills gained in the National Guard and became a Long Range Specialist.
Tyrell then decided the city needed a change, he was sure he could only change the city by going for the most public position available, Governor. He ran for Governor and was elected. He made major changes in the law for the better of the city. After his governor position Tyrell needed a break and went for a trip around the world. When he returned he joined back into the government as he was requested to support the current Governor. He joined as Deputy Governor to support the Governor in harsh times. Sadly enough Tyrell wasn’t able to prevent things from going worse, this is when Tyrell got the opportunity to become Deputy Director of the FIB under Sbeecha Volkov. This was a major step for Tyrell in the Law Enforcement Organizations and he took this opportunity to learn all about the fight against major crime.
After two very successful terms Tyrell went back to the LSPD to support their new Chief, Tommy Slater. While in the Los Santos Police Department Tyrell feels like he should be available 24/7. He will act against criminals, even while off-duty. He will do whatever he can to stop them from committing criminal offenses and will do his best to make sure they get the sentence they deserve. He will call for backup when he can, but is also not afraid to use violence himself. His loyalty to the organization makes him to never surrender anything related to any of the state organizations, whether it comes to information or equipment.
Outcomes
1. Tyrell can take the weapons from criminals and use illegal weapons on- or off-duty as he wishes or sell any illegal weapons for profit.
