Life Story: The life of Victor Calipso was a roller coaster starting back in 1999 in Los Santos California. Victors parents didn’t get along too well and was barley able to afford to even have a kid. Eventually Victors Uncle Jamar Omni took him into his family at the age of 14. By then Jamar was out after serving 20 years in prison. Jamar was in a gang in prison but when he got out he started his own gang, so at a young age Victor was already introduced to the gang life. That quickly resulted in Victor learning how to hack, sell drugs, rob, and kill. So at a young age Victor was already using a gun. Through out the years they met many corrupt cops at the black market which helped us with our weapon and drug supply. This lead to us having a lot of police friends. At the age of 25 one of Victors police friend who was high command offered Victor a job at SAHP. Victor took the offer but with his background Victor was not the nicest cop.
Career Story: At first Victor knew he had a mission. Especially if he wanted to make the big money in the family business. He knew he can not come into SAHP being corrupted he had to gain the trust of everyone. So for a few years Victor had to lay low from the gang life and impress his high commands. Due to Victors history it didn’t take long to impress his high commands, with his amazing shooting and drug bust. A few years into Victors Career he was offered a spot as Lieutenant of HWP. Victor knew this was his chance to gain the trust of everyone and be able to continue back into the family business so he took the position. Years later lots of complaints where filed on Victor and he knew if he stood around too much longer the truth will eventually unfold itself. Luckily for Victor He was offered a job at FIB. With Victor knowing that he will be more classified and harder to find Victor took the opportunity at FIB but refused to change his corrupt lifestyle.
Outcomes:
1- Victor can use any gun on or off duty but cannot use org weapons for personal use
2- Victor will take bribes up to 100k
3- With Victors Corruption he will let people get less time in jail, remove them from wanted list, and sometimes even let criminals walk free after being detained
4-Victor will be able to sell or give info to families and gangs
5- Victor can torture, Interrogate or kill to gain information by using truth serum, even lawyers (with rp command)
6- Victor can continue his family business of buying or selling guns in anonymous places such as the black market for profit and supplying the gang members
7- Victor Can smash bodycams off people if he feels like he will get into trouble (using rp commands)
8-Victor can participate in family events no matter if it’s criminal activities or not
9-Victor will take prison release briberies as well
