upon reviewing this evidence , I have decided to Reject this report as in the evidence provided
I can clearly hear the 5 sec demands issued by you so the rp is engaged so according to Gen. rule 6.15 their is no rule break
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.​
