2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I was a member of NG in terms of Arsenik Papakosta, Saif Khan, Lunna Quinn, and Luffy Scott. and NG is unique, and I gained lots of experience in NG and I want to lead the NG to a good way and I want to do it better than before. And I was head of airforce.
I worked 4 Terms and gain enough experience and learnt everything about NG now its my time to take the control over base and lead the NG Into the new heights.
I've served in the National Guard for more than 4 Terms. I've largely been in state organizations and served as HC in all of them, and I believe I now have enough experience to run one. I noticed that the org was highly quiet during raid hours and was unable to execute ammo runs for other organizations due to a shortage of troops in previous ng terms.
I will ensure that the org is not only active during raid hours, but also during non-raid hours, and ammo runs will be performed on a regular basis for all orgs to ensure that they do not run out of ammo. All departments will be assigned to units that are highly experienced and understand how to keep the departments operational at all times.
I've developed my character from EN-1 and EN-3 around dignity and treating every situation as if it appeared IRL, I show people respect despite the fact that I dislike them, I've always respected org jurisdictions, and has consistently attempted my best to keep communication with other orgs rather than barging my way in, with the phrase "I'm NG, you don't know anything about this" since I want to rebuild an org around the same respect that I've given other orgs.
I am also going to guarantee that NG consistently accomplishes the tasks that we will be given and never experiences any issues with absence from events or having no units in gates, but I will attempt to deal with these issues in multiple ways. I would additionally like to welcome my many close companions who will eventually help myself to run the org and will supervise in the time I won't be there.
3. Your advice for improving Role play level in the organization:
. I will improve RP and always follow the RP rules, I will try not to break any gen rules, and I will recruit people who know some, RP rules, and some RP situations because if any member of any org is breaking RP rules, this org will get a warning coming from gods (admins) and it will be very bad for me, the org, and all soldiers, and I believe this org will be very active if I am a General.
. I'd like to add more combat training and have the soldiers practice with the NPC from the NG arena.
. Soldiers would also be trained to defend against store robberies and other IC events. This, I believe, will improve the RP and NG quality.
. Maintaining positive relationships with other organizations and assisting them as needed would improve organizational coordination and RP.
. We can ask other organizations for raid camps to train in the base so that we can maintain good relationship and learn something new.
These are my ideas to improve the division:
. Recruitment Representatives is the most important division as they are the ones who handle recruitment of NG. To make it better I would create documents to help them recruit people, make the interview script harder because the more the recruits know the better it is for NG. New, Recruits should be well trained before getting on duty so the training officers must be well educated and aware of all the rules of The State & National Guard.
. Military police are in charge of enforcing discipline and maintaining law and order in the military environment and, for military purposes, the MP can be viewed as the second most important division of NG. It needs to be well managed, so I will personally select the Chief of MP who will directly report to General/Lt.General. Also, create sub divisions which will help us to enforce discipline and maintain law and order of NG.
. Special Air & Sea Division are the special forces of NG. Members of SASD are required to do unconventional operations by air, land, or sea during combat or emergencies. They have to be the first to reach the combat & last to leave. Their training is what makes them unique from other divisions. I will make sure to make their training as hard as it can get, There will be no second chances in a life & death situation so there will be zero compromises to make, They will go through many stages of training & will only be deployed into an operation when they are ready. Combat Rescue Medics will be a sub division in SASD they will be trained to provide medical care in an operational or combat environment.
. The Air Force is the eagle eye of NG. Members of the Air Force are required to do scouts around Fort Zancudo to provide information about potential threats to the base. They will provide the information not just to NG but also to all organizations via department radio. Airmen in my term will go through training which will make them aware of flying even in emergencies & nearby areas. They will have the best training to make them ready for any situation we need them in. I will make sure to have regular scouts around the FZ, Scout the WH to make sure whether doing an ammo run is safe or not before doing one, transport detainees to the DOC in the safest way possible.
