first of all, have a good day dear lebron, as you can see in POV some people they shot at us while robbing a person along with me and my family we didn't open the first fire, they opened fire on us and when I asked the admin dear iso marine, in response to me, he said that you can do it to defend yourself, and we defended ourselves later, when we want to go from there, those people are they shot at my friend and killed him and they also shot at my friend who came there to heal him and killed him.

Rejected. You cannot reply with self defense if they are doing rdm you need to report it on forum as according to the administrator who was involved to situation other side was punished as well. If he missed any ids make complaint on those players for us to check if they did rdm. Question was not specified to administrator according to screenshot which you provided here.
