Gen Rule 1.9 ( Tax Evade )

Hello Sir
I am AxVinit I had played the Rp with al rules .
I have not sold any thing to evade the tax as I know about this rule .
I just sold a car for 100k as my friend want it to show to someone and then I bought it back in 100k .
What the rule break ?
It's a ban for nothing
