1. Why do I want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become the EMS leader because I have been in government for the past two terms and I want to help the people more then I can at government buy giving them treatment when they need it most.
2. Goals if I become the leader?
My goals are to help the people and the other legal organization when they really need EMS. My other goals are to give the employees a non toxic place to work and give them bonuses when they work for more then 6 hours so they feel appreciated for there work. I will give bonuses that answer emergency calls so that the EMS employees will start answering calls. I will try to told a recruitment Drive every 3 days and the people that stay for more then 2 weeks will receive a bonuses for dedication to the organization and I will have give out weekly bonuses to every who's on duty for there hard work.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization?
My advices for improving the Roleplay level in organization is that people will need to do training for at least 5 days to make it more realistic and when we receive emergency calls they will have to respond to it and rush there.
