2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Its been a couple of months that i been seeing less ems on duty or taking calls, i always noticed that ems does 0% of rp when reviving someone or giving them medical attention at the hospital, they only give u it without saying 1 word,i find that their is also alot of lacking in the training the way that its done the communication between the higherups and the workers, i wanna have this opportunity of taking leadership for many reasons:
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Have ems fully trained from a to z, have weekly meetings with all staff,Giving weekly bonus to the ones out their working the hardest,making the rp scenes different when reviving someone or being in a scene (EX: Hi my name is carlos working for the ems team of los santos,i am here to help you out i will be checking your pulse, perfect we have a good pulse close your eyes for 3 seconds, once patient is up ask him how he is feeling and not just leaving like that, making sure he dosent need any extra assistance by a doctor)
All ems at PH/SH/FH communicating (using mic) at all time with the patients when giving medical attention, not just pressing z and not say nothing, have a fast & lil talk with them..
