2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly i wanna be the leader of Los Santos Police Department becuase i have a lot of experience in legal orgs. I have been a deputy chief of LSPD and worked very actively with it.. I have also became leader in and thus I know how to handle out org without getting warns.
I think I can be leader of LSPD because i can make the org super active due to being well known in city. Also I have been working modt of time in the legal organisation so I think i could make the city clean with crime and make it safer for people.
Also I would make sure that there is no corruption in the org and make the org run very smoothlyy. I would also make sure that all events including subs and acc where all ex leaders had low units, we should have max units there.
I would also try not to have any org conficts between us so that we all can work smooth and we all can work together for the wellbeing of the cityy.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
For improving roleplay, I would make sure the FTO division works very hard for giving the best training to our new joined employees and they dont get any problems.
Secondly, I would be making sure that no one breaks any rules including internal regulations of the org. No one fights or make conflicts with any org. If such behaviour done, punishment will be given.
I have seen many times that, anyone who wanna go to negotiations go, irrespective of if he knows how to do it or not. For this i will make a negotiation team who can do best negotiations to maintain RP.
IA Department will be very strict and there will be no place for corrupted guys. IA would always be maintaing strict bodycam checks, licenses checks to maintain good RP.

Human Resource department has primarily focuses on taking interviews and providing proper training of agent to make them ready for their work.
Internal Affairs
Their work is to check the logs of agents, checking bodycams, doing some trunk inspections, doing activity check, checking background of every people in FIB ,taking over some internal casefiles and giving logs and roles .
