1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Healthcare is an industry where you do not need 5 doctors to perform the work of 1 competent doctor. By emphasizing on the quality of people we bring in via open recruitments and applications, I will ensure that we employ staff who are capable of providing top quality healthcare and are loyal to EMS.
2. Goals if I become the leader?
Speaking from past experience, the needs of EMS as an organization are simple and straight-forward. Being equipped with this knowledge, I understand how to execute these operations and keep both citizens and employees happy & content. Under previous leadership, EMS was heading in the right direction before these past few weeks. I want to steer it back into the right direction with the following goals in mind :-
I joined EMS on 6th October under Sammy Junior's term as a labtech. Thanks to him and his HC team of Harvey, Jerome and Zubair, I worked my way up to an FTO at the end of Sammy's term.
I started as Dean of Training under Trey West's term. However, since he got sick and had to step down, Fredrick Rouges took over the remainder of his term. In a week's time, I became Division Chief under his guidance. I worked extremely hard and put in long hours for the organization. In another week's time, I was promoted by him to Deputy Chief for 3+ weeks, where I kept up my hard work and assisted Fredrick with all of his duties & responsibilities.
I had to resign from Deputy Chief during Daniel's term due to IRL work. However, I came back after about 10 days as Division Chief and again worked my way up to Deputy Chief. Unfortunately, I again took a long break from the game because of the IRL pandemic.
However, I am back in good health now and am ready to start a new chapter in my life as the official leader of EMS!
Thank you for reading my application. Have a great day.

1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Having served as EMS High Command, starting from Dean of Training and all the way up to Deputy Chief, in two separate terms over a period of 2.5 months, I have accumulated ample experience in understanding the ins and outs of EMS. I was responsible for all manner of work in the inner city such as recruitment drives, inter-org. communication, bonus payouts, managing employees' complaints & well-being to out of city work such as managing spreadsheets, organizing meetings and providing advice sought by the Chief as & when necessary.
By applying for the leader position now, I am essentially going to be doing the same work that I was doing in previous terms, but with more responsibilities. My reasons are as follows:-1. Emphasizing on Quality Over Quantity:
Healthcare is an industry where you do not need 5 doctors to perform the work of 1 competent doctor. By emphasizing on the quality of people we bring in via open recruitments and applications, I will ensure that we employ staff who are capable of providing top quality healthcare and are loyal to EMS.
2. Scheduling of Employees:
Mirroring real life, all medical staff have fixed schedules in which they provide medical assistance at hospitals. I want to incorporate that by providing an option for employees to include their schedule and have it approved by a High Command to ensure that all hospitals are staffed at all times. Being available for the citizens of this city from morning to midnight is a difficult task, but I am ready to undertake that task.
3. Restoring EMS' Image:
EMS has been the backbone of this city and I am thankful to have been part of the days when it was functioning at peak performance. However, the quality of healthcare provided in the past few weeks has declined due to unexpected events. With me back in charge, I will ensure that EMS runs at full strength again and win back all the people it has disappointed.

Being equipped with this knowledge, I understand how to execute these operations and keep both citizens and employees happy & content. Under previous leadership, EMS was heading in the right direction before these past few weeks. I want to steer it back into the right direction with the following goals in mind :-
- Vehicle Changes: I believe adding/modifying the existing EMS vehicles has always been a point of contention with EMS High Command and Employees in the past. One of the few immediate changes I would like to make is update the roster of EMS Vehicles, whether by adding new ones or replacing the old ones.
- Timely Bonus Payouts: When employees receive their hard-earned bonuses on time, it keeps them motivated to work harder and longer. I would like to ensure that all bonuses earned are paid out within 24-48 hours.
- Non-Toxic Work Environment: Employees who misbehave with other employees would not be tolerated. Healthcare is a very time essential job and I would ensure that anyone who is creating a mess in the work environment for others is immediately dealt with.
- More Uniforms: EMS employees long have had the same uniform for the same ranks. I would like to add more uniform options for a fresh new look.
- Open Communication Between Employees & High Command: Some employees are nervous to approach their Deans or Heads for fear of not being heard or ignored. Under my leadership, I would like to ensure that all employees freely reach out to High Command for any doubts or assistance that they need.
- Changes to Application Process: I would make the application process easier for citizens to complete, but also ensure that we maintain our high standards.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?
EMS' presence in the city is crucial for all citizens of the city, from the common person to the Governor. Under my leadership, I would like to ensure that EMS lends itself and is available for the various situations listed below:
EMS' presence in the city is crucial for all citizens of the city, from the common person to the Governor. Under my leadership, I would like to ensure that EMS lends itself and is available for the various situations listed below:
- Inner City events (BMX event, Fighting Championship, Car Shows, etc.)
- Bank Robbery event, to support other LEOs.
- Government recruitment events, etc.
Aside from events, I would like to ensure that FTOs/Training Specialists provide training as per the revamped Training Structure that was worked upon by previous EMS High Command, including me. I would hop in between training sessions to ensure that the quality of training provided is exactly as per the Training Structure. I would also like to make training sessions easier to understand for new Trainees by pairing them with FTOs/Training Specialists who understand each other perfectly.
When everyone works in unison and proper understanding, all the smaller problems automatically disappear and the entire organization works like a well-oiled machine. That is my goal towards EMS, to ensure that it functions well, even when I am not physically there.
