Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
• ID 17362 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.15, 6.24 and Ghetto Rule 1.8
• General Rule 6.15 - When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
• General Rule 6.24 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc.
• Ghetto rule 1.8 It is allowed to rob/kidnap people only in ghetto or outside the city | WARN
