I wrote a complaint on player, all according to the rules of filling. Fill in the title, description, id and date with time correctly, and also indicated proofs, but this administrator, like the last one, rejected it for some reason, without fully substantiating the problem. I understand that they did not even look at the violation of this person, but simply got to the point that I am doing a report for the slightest offense. Either explain the reason for reject, or take responsibility for it.
