Rejected RS deputy chief Administrators not viewing complaints

so my friend has put up an unban request for 1.1 and The Deputy chief of the Administration on rs a month a go put a prefix on consideration and it has been a month and they still havent looked at those complaints maybe im in the wrong section to complain but i just wanted to say maybe im wrong
