2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I believe that I am capable enough to lead an organization, especially a gang, because of my experience and knowledge of the rules
- I am very active (sometimes even over 11 hours), which means that I would follow what is happening in my organization.I'm not there that much at the moment, but that has to do with the fact that I'm currently on the servers on the side
- I am fair and I would do my best to ensure that every member has a pleasant experience while being part of my organization
- I was leader of this organisation on DE4 so im capable of the work a leader has to do.
- I would increase the roleplay to the maximum level
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Greater activity and interaction with law enforcement agencies (a lot of hostage situations, robbery of gun stores and 24/7 stores, fz raids)
- I would reduce the toxicity within the organization because it makes no sense for one to attack another
- I would punish those who break the rules, but I would also explain to them where they went wrong and what they should do in order to improve and to prevent re-punishment
- The method of testing new members would be such that they know the rules through practical roleplay and not that they know the rules by heart
- Maximum cooperation with curators of the organization in the form of roleplay improvement
- I would reward active members with bonuses and encourage their development
- I would help other gangs, and I would make an alliance with them where necessary.
