Influence and Control: Being the leader of a gang can give me a significant level of influence and control over gang activities, decision-making, and the direction the gang takes. It allows me to shape the gang's identity and reputation.
Organizational Skills: A leader is responsible for coordinating the gang's activities, organizing heists, and managing resources. If I enjoy planning and organizing virtual events, being a gang leader can provide me with opportunities to exercise these skills.
Collaboration and Teamwork: As a leader, I would have a chance to build a cohesive and loyal team. I can foster a sense of camaraderie, strategize together, and work towards shared goals. Leading a gang can provide opportunities for teamwork and collaboration with other players.
