James was born in Istanbul, he grew up listening to his father's police stories as his father was a retired cop so James had dreamed of being a cop since he was little he went to Los Angeles for college after graduating he wanted to try himself by taking the police exams he failed his first try he made more ambition and successfully admitted to the police on his 2nd try. After 3 years of LSPD trial, he applied to the FIB and was accepted. Having served in FIB for 2 years, James showed himself how good he is at his job, jumping up the rank and finally getting a nice rank.
