I was selling an apartment then this person said he can trade his terzo for my apartment he said me to sell it on state value I said it worth around 5.5m but he said he will give me his terzo for 1k I said we can exchange directly but he said no then i sold it for 500k and he scammed me

When he say he can sell terzo (17m) with 1k, that is tax evading. Luckily you didnt accept his offer yet because if you accept his 1k terzo that will lead to punishment both of you (probably) : (

Hope that scammer got his punishment for scamming ppl.

I hope that scammer gets ban and dear gods the player sold th apartment to someone else or his friend maybe they are involved and I don't think so this guys did a tax evade from my view
