Life Story:
Neron Hill was born on December 16, 1977, in Istanbul, Turkey. He had a rough childhood because of health issues and family problems along the way. By the time passes, Neron gained a lot of field experience by working multiple jobs since he had to work when he was a child because of the financial situation of his family. He learned everything the hardest way possible. Also, Paleto Bay was not the safest place to live, so he needed to survive and make a living on some illegal things. The breaking point for Neron was when he managed to make his way to university and get some education from there to become an educated person, which helps him to be a well-known person.
Career Story:
After he completes his university, the army called him on duty and Neron thinks that it’s a good way to clear his history and serve for the state. While climbing the ladders in the National Guard, he accomplished so many things and lead many departments on the way. In some time, Neron realized that he could do more to help his country, so he left the army job and joined police forces to become a police officer. After that, Neron climbed the ladders way faster than before because of the experience he got from the National Guard and the relationships he made with the places that he got in. There were many breaking points in Neron’s career and one of them was his close friend becoming Sheriff of the city. That also gives him a chance to pay back to his original birthplace, which is Paleto Bay. While Neron was the deputy of the Sheriff department, he met so many people and organized many operations with other state organizations. After that, he got an offer to be the Chief of the police force because of the experiences he had. Once Neron became Chief of police, he was in charge of the city along with FIB. He accomplished many achievements during his term, and he earned respect from most of the citizens. Once his term is over, Neron’s friend Hawk asks help for FIB, since Hawk got the FIB leadership and Neron is a good fit for the deputy job considering his background along the way. Currently, he is working under FIB and helping agents to prepare them with his experiences. Apart from that, Neron’s past is haunting him, and he wants to get back to the illegal side while working at FIB. Since Neron was so into the illegal jobs while he was a teenager, he got many connections with gang people, and he wants to use those for his own benefits to earn more money to help his friends and his family.
Outcomes:
1- Neron can give reduced prison time to his friends as well as reduced fines to keep a good relationship with them.
2- Neron will break IC laws constantly and use his position within the FIB to his advantage
3- Neron can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect
4- Neron can use truth serum on suspects to gain evidence (2 times per situation)
