2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ? ( list three reasons with explanation ) .
A- There are many reasons actually that I’m applying for Marabunta I’ll mention some of them , Marabunta is my favourte gang in the ghetto I always liked how people scared from the name when they hear Marabunta and I’m willing to restore that to Marabunta where everyone will be scared of this organization as we seen some leaders didn’t manage to do that but under my watch that won’t happen since I’ll chose High commands and deputies who will be fully aware of every rule and helpful with new members so we will have one of the strongest (if it won’t be the strongest ever ) gang within the ghetto , I had a lot of experience in gangs but Marabunta was something different and I always didn’t feel the right leader was there for Marabunta .
B- In many terms we have seen leaders fail and main reasons was they chose their high commands according to favourism not according to their skills with communicating with people with helping new people ..etc , I’ll make sure my high commands will be chosen according to their activity , skills , helping people and most important thing they are not toxic , by putting that requirements to be high command everyone will have the chance to be HC if they follow the stuff I mentioned above and no favourism will be there .
C- I had a Leader experience within marabunta gang and many people know about it I had the ghetto winning every event I went in , having great stuff with leos where we did a lot of rp situations and we had fun without breaking rules but for some turf reasons I got disbanded , now I have my turf team ready and I learnt from my mistakes which it won’t happen again and we will be aiming for 100% turf season .
3.Your advices for improving roleplay level in organization .
A- First Of All NO FAVOURISM everyone get fair chance to proof they worthy to have the rank .
B- Make a list of Interview questions for new people where it will have all the basic rules such as (Fear rp , NLR , PG ,Fail Rp …Etc ) and make sure they know about it .
C- Make a lot of RP situations with Leos so we can have fun all of us ( without breaking rules ) .
D- The leader must be helpful with all of his members.
E-NO TOXICITY within my gang I’ll make sure that won’t happen since we all want to have fun .
F- Aiming for 100% turfs .
G- Respect Each other within the Org .
