2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to become the leader of ballas because I have gained a lot of experience. After playing grand rp for a lot of time. I think I have gained much experience in the High Command Of a gang and also I think that i have managed the gang pretty well as a High Command Of the Gang. Now, I am thinking to pursue Roleplay as a leader of the gang. I think that I can manage the gang quite well than other people. I literally prefer Ballas every time. As soon I joined the city my first gang was ballas in which the people helped me in my early days. After that incident, I always prefer Ballas Gang over any other gang.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
As I said I will make High Command Only to those people whom I know are good enough to handle Gang Events, hostage situations, 24/7 Stores , Gun Stores etc. As I played en3 for a long time I know all the people who can help me and The Ballas Gang to provide the Best Roleplay experience to our members as well as to the Legal Orgs. I will make sure that the people who are joining the gang know the rules and regulations of the server. In order to make the best Roleplay experience me and my High Commands will never ever break any server regulations. We will always give 100% towards gang in order to provide the best roleplay experience to our members
1 - I will always recruit people who are familiar with the rules and regulations of the server and if they are not familiar with the rules I will teach them the rules and help them so that they can join gangs and not do any mistakes in the gang.
2 - I will always conduct the Gang Events in the organization with proper management skills.
3 - I will make the gang the most active gang in the city with the best roleplaying skills.
4 - Keep the organization far away from punishments.
