They gave you clear demands (at 0:26 as per the evidence, i.e if you gonna move you will get shoot) + at 0:35 of the evidence one of the officer said (wait...wait 4 times) still you didn't comply...clearly failure to comply with RP (FAIL RP), also you will get punishment for that.​
