Hello Dear Admin who is reviewing this, I hope you take the time to read this and take this into consideration,
Ok so Mark Aqua (97393) has been reported so many times on this subject, he knows he has De-Sync and De-Sync is mostly caused either by poor internet connection or server lag, and if someone knows they have a bad internet connection and they have De-Sync, they can abuse it. So Mark here has realized that he can use this to his advantage during races, he always says "he blocks the front so we can't overtake" but we all know this isn't true, review all of these threads and you can clearly see his intention is to Ram us off the road, but not on his screen ofcourse because there is De-Sync between us. He always uses this to his advantage which isn't clearly fair and he knows it will always be rejected due to "De-Sync" and he always uses it as an excuse, so he is WELL AWARE that he has it. This has been not only an issue for me, but to many others who have also reported him. Here are some of the threads in which he CLEARLY tries to use De-Sync to his advantage where nobody else does the same.
I am trying to make a change here and stop this BS from happening every single time where it is blamed on De-Sync, sure it is De-Sync but it is ABUSED for one's advantage.
I hope the admins try to see what I mean here and make a rule solid on whether De-Sync is abused or not and people get their punishment if the intent was to abuse it for an advantage.
In the following video I even predicted what he was gonna do, then blame it on "De-Sync" AGAIN:
Here are the threads in which he has previously abused De-Sync and been reported for it, please take the time to look at all the video proofs and read all the replies, one of which Tyler Liquid states aswell (Reviewed - CR | 97393), that De-Sync can be abused for one's advantage to Car Ram only in the victims perspective:
