- I have gained a lot of experience and proven track record as a deputy and lead the gang twice before. I have a solid understanding of how this organization works. My experience has taught me valuable lessons about managing resources, handling conflicts inside the gang, and ensuring the gang success. I have shown my dedication and loyalty to gang over the year, and I believe i can lead this gang for a one more time
