If you look at how he drives in there, you can clearly tell he was given a warning beforehand. He is also missing a lot of HP, his car looks okay so it can't be due to accidents. He clearly got warned before

Also, please look at his recording, it looks like it's been recorded with OBS or something that doesn't capture overlays, I say this because you can see him with the mouse outside the game and you can't see what he is doing.
