So i got demorged for not vocally announcing i were placing someone in cuffs

to my knowledge And as stated in arrest guide in penal codes Cuffing and dragging by the arm is done throug automated /me commands and therefore does not need to me vocally adressed

i fell like this Demorgan was misplaced and done in a rush whitout the propper checks wether not rulebreak were done

Dear admins I was at the situation and he did not talk to anyone as seen in
he didn’t say he was gonna cud him so punishment should stay
