Can't Hear People

Hello everyone,

I have an issue for hearing other people (There is no issue for game sounds, i can hear all environments) . On my first day on the server, i could hear the people but after first day i've never heard them again. I tried F10, F8 again and again and again, not working. I reinstalled Grand Rp files and GTA V files, tried verify files but nothing helped. It has been 2 weeks, still i can't hear people. It's weird but people can hear me when i using voice chat, it means my mic has no problem.

Am i the only one in the world having this problem? I couldn't find solution on web. Help me pls.

i have same problem they can hear me but i cant hear them , i check the in game setting but did not work for me , please fix this issue
