i found my pov since the date was wrong

Bloods was provoking / abusing the erea with a taxi after 2 times giving demands not leaving so even when its considerds as beginner job in the area of operation after giving 2 times demands and extending the timer we should be able to shoot the only way to stop it was shoot the driver since then the taxi wil despawn

What other should we do to prevent this there is no other way
