I was Just Normally patrolling in the city and suddenly 4 cars started ramming me and this guy came and sit in my car and i gave him warning to get out of the car but because of pc issue my coudent recored and because of that the voice is shuttring in the proof and when i dropped this guy out of car he started shotting on me
