I agree with the player with ID 303385 to buy grand coin, then she does not send my grand coin even though I send the money, she is cheating on me I need help

ID 303385 can be seen speaking Arabic to his friend at 7:45 in POV, telling his friend "I just scammed this guy....told him I would give him 40 GC for 2.5 and he believed me". He then added that he added the money to his family balance (which is why he was at the bank I believe).
