2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
. I want to become a sheriff coz I have too much experience in SAHP it is my first org in en2 as well as en3. I was the Assistant sheriff in the SAHP and I was worked in SAHP from 3-4 terms and now I get great experience about it and now I can run this org perfectly.
. I have been in many orgs like LSPD, FIB and GOV and from this org I also get too much experience and I was also in that orgs and high command in en2 as well as in five m and I see in that orgs like they have too much corruptness and I believe if I get this term I will make it corrupt free.
. One of my motivations for assuming leadership of the SAHP is to implement effective organization and management practices within the organization. I have observed that certain groups within the FIB face challenges in their activities due to a perception of insufficient members. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that having a smaller team should not serve as an excuse for inactivity.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organsation.
. I will make sure that there is no favoritism in the organisation so that there is approximately no toxicity and people will work hard for rank which will increase the Role Play in the organisation.
. I will give them several tasks to the units so that they will try to complete the task and will fulfill the requirements of Role Play.
. I will try to make good relation with all organisations so that it will help to maintain the Role Play, not only in my organisation but also with other LEOs.
Goals for me as a Leader of SAHP.
. There will be no toxicity in the organisation by me and my Deputy to maintain equality.
. I will follow all the suggestions and orders given by my curators.
. I will give promotion to the peoples who deserves, not to the people who are my friends.
Departments
. Task Force- This will be a very special department where there will be no interference by any high command and they will directly reporting me. They will be handling tacticals.
. HWP (Highway Patrol)- This is one of the most important department of SAHP that will handle the patrolling in Highway.
. IA (Internal Affairs)- This department is incharge of making sure all officers has licenses, and no illegal items on them.
. HR (Human Resource)- This department will make sure that all officers is trained well and hiring officers.
. FR (Forest Reserve)- They will do patrolling in the forests and Mountain Area, to stop illegal activities going there.
.SRT (Special Response Team)- They handle all the tacticals and special missions.
