I was afk like 45 to 50 min. when I was come in my computer I saw my friend was typing in club chat so I type my friend name in club chat only 1 times I didn't spam . then I got 500 min mute. please can anyone remove my mute i will never do this again.

CC-Chat is a Chat that is accessed by nearly everybody in the City. After it got spammed this morning, I openly announced, that every Off-Topic spamming from there on out will receive a mute of 500minutes.
Abusing it to Contact friends is an abuse of CC and just continued the long line of spamming in there. I told you already, that you should be careful in general when using CC. To contact your friend, use Discord.
