Rejected unfair banned

i was doing my duty as a collector, i did my duty they were robbing me and i didint allow it then i got banned and unfair ban.
When you look at the photo you can see that I still have a job. The rental period of the car still exists and that means I am working.
I want this unfair ban removed and the admin punished.
