RDM even though I did heed his order and was leaving the area.
The 5 sec count down was merely for the sake of not breaking rule but they just wanted to kill me so they can steal 1 battery.

Why kill even though I was running away from the area?

That too such experienced players. Please give highest punishment. Thank you

Rule 6.15 states "if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them" and not "Count down from 5 and shoot them even if they listen to your demands".

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

I'd : 16440 will receive punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
I'd : 16675 will receive punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
( After giving demands he is leaving the area but you killed him )
