Hello,
Maxel Standl | 163317, got permanently banned for GR 1.6, alongside with my friend Zero Standl | 187908.
For this trade:
So I bought neon shoes from my friend, he originally got his pair cheaper before.
I offered him my luminous black yeezys, worth 50mil atleast, plus $30 Million cash. So my total offer was over 80mil.
Him and I agreed that it's a fair trade for both of us.
Not far ago, someone I know sold the same shoes I offered to my friend for 58 Million and even more recently he sold the shoes again for 50 Million.
Normaly market sellers asked around 60mil for it!
If there is rest of value we didn't mean break rules with that sence it's not that much and we invest money together as a family.
So I didn't have any issue to pay more money if needed but it's same value we got them and I'm not go to resell anyway.
I would take them with 50 60 mil more cash if I know that this breack rules !!
How am I, my friend or any other player supposed to know that admins want you to sell or trade certain items for a certain amount, especially with the market changing all the time lately. I don't see how 80Million+ is not fair, Especialy since the daily offers are back, and neon shoes will be offered there and not rare anymore. Women had neon shoes in the daily auction twice in a row already, which clearly will lower the value a ton.
Another example: LV pants can come for 250 GC wich went for 160mil in last auction! those 250 GC worth 25-30mil.
I can't understand now me and any other player what can we do to judge and not break rules?
Should I go ask admins before doing any trade about real starter price of any exclusive items every time and update?
Is there is any thing in rules about starter price of exclusive items except state value?
Some people sell exclusive stuff cheap urgent to get chance for other deals and others resell stuff with high profit. that's normal!
In that way alot of people should get baned.
First time in the city I know that there is normal starter fixed value for an item, I was here when yeezy was 120mil and when it was 30mil only!
Neon shoes was 20 30mil in old days, I know people make over 100mil profit from 1 Item .. all of them should baned?
Where is that in rules !
So how did we break rule 1.6? That would be irl trading.
If I wouldn't have paid enough money, then I would've broke rule 1.7. There was no irl trading whatsoever, 1.6 does not apply to either of us.
We didn't mean to break any rules, I keep POV for all my transactions as I know I follow the rules and don't under or overpay for these items.
We like this city a lot, so we spend a lot of time, effort and even donate gc to the city for exclusive stuff, containers, cars, new GC auction..
I hope you understand our situation
