You can see in POV I just finished up with a lawyer and was going to proceed with my 10-15 to get him processed and etc. He says "I'm talking out of character now" (Mixing) Then proceeds to insult me (The OOC insult) He clear specifies he's speaking OOC so that is the definition of an OOC insult.
