After reviewing the evidence, I've decided to Accept this forum.
ID 14648 will receive a punishment for VDM
ID 43868 will receive a punishment for MK
I didn't see NRL in POV, ID 14648 came back in POV, He's looking like was going to beach market, Not for fight.
NLR: If you got killed you cannot go back in a fight for 15 minutes. | WARN
MK: It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN
