Hello Gods

I was about to steal a car but the smart player broke some rules to avoid that. I followed him and used engine block to stop his vehicle and killed him in the ghetto.
I was not able to steal his car anymore because he instantly combat logged and the car dissapeared.

At the end of the story he was the one that won the battle because he saved his car by doing this and I was the one wasted my engine block and my time.
They keep doing because they rather to be punished than losing that money to buy the car back that was about to be stolen...

I am demanding the money back from ID:28844 for the engine block that I used to steal his car because this makes no sense
