I got banned for Event Rules 3.1 that states (3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.)
In the Video you can clearly see that guy mass rdm and I just walked up to IC'ly and said "are you a retard" which wasnt OOC, neither did I know you can not say. Thats a normal word that legit everyone says in the world.
There isnt any specific rule that mentions you cant say this word like this one (6.19 F-words and N-words are restricted. | Ban 1-3 days) and I never said it OOC'ly.

R-Word never counts as an IC insult its always OOC one and you said it so you will face the consequences for it.

Just curious not to be rude or anything just curious, how would I know that? as again there is no rule that specifies it like this one (6.19 F-words and N-words are restricted. | Ban 1-3 days), if your saying it counts as an OOC insult then why not add with these words? I clearly said it in game and didnt mean it OOC'ly. At the end of the day its a normal word that being used legit every single day.
