1.1: I've been started Grand RP almost 2 years ago and gained alot of experience in that way I was wondering how people becoming leader of gang or other legal orgs whenever i figured it out my only aim was becoming a Leader and now Its time to try it.
1.2: I have alot of experience on gangs and also legal orgs I know what to do In which situation, I know how to handle people, I know How to make people focus to be on top And I believe It will be the best Families term ever

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
2.1: Turf's; I think The most Important thing on gangs are Turfs, Turfs are the heart of the gang If you have a proper loyal and skilled turfers The gang will be on top Forever. I Believe We gonna be on top with my loyal and lovely turf team.
2.2: Graffitis; Most of the people thinks Graffitis are not worth to do it or a time waste, But Im sure its not like this If a gang doing graffitis Properly per hour I scare from that gang because It shows that the gang is active and got a good non giving up persons. I believe to myself We gonna take all sides every single hour while clapping other gangs.
2.3: Events; Events are holding the same equal importance with Graffitis It shows the activity of the gang.
