Rejected fourms ban - dont know the admins name

i got ban on the fourm for no reason like a week ago they told me the reason was spam but i am sure i didnt spam or was of topic i did one thread yesterday adn they told me i am iunban i check and i was still ban on the forms its a perm ban there is no duration of the ban please iwant admins to help me withb this and thanks in advance
