Hello Mr Magnes Haste
I am sorry about the describe that my freind ABDALLAH gave but I am here to explain the current situation.
At first we are 3 people Kaster, Abdou and Sabri and we wanted to open a family in EN 3 server, therefore Sabri (the leader of the family) wanted to buy a house from the auction, and at the same time he was going to place a bid on house n1754 on the aution the order of the houses changed and because of that he bought another house, So he asked Kaster to buy the n1754 house, after that kaster bought the house but he didn't create the family because we wanted Sabri to be the owner of the house. And in the next day Sabri sold the wrong house that bought for 700k in the auction for 500k to a random guy in the server and he told Kaster to sell him the n1754 house (the family house) and so no body loses money I (Abdou) gave Sabri 200k and he gave Kaster 320k wich is the price of the house n1754 and that so kaster dont lose money because he bought the house from the auction 1.4m. And Kaster didn't give Sabri the house for free so that's not against GEN 1.9 rule. And to support my position and to confirm that we didn't do anything wrong Sabri recorded everything in a video wich is posted on Youtube and here is the link of it:
and if you can please call an Arabic admin to see the video so he can understand what we were saying.

At the end I hope you contact me on discord in order that I inform you in everything you would now and I hope you lift the ban from them because we didn't do anything wron and I garantie you that things like this will not happen in the future.
