Emad said that it will not considered as mg and in gr 6.10 clearly there is nothing that it will be only considered in grp dc mg is mg he did mg clearly he breaks gr 6.10. And the defination is giving ic info to occ which give advantage and iy can give advantage to me and in definition there is nothing tha mg is considered in only dc of rp and rp dc is also consider as ic
