Event Script: The event revolves around a daring hostage situation orchestrated by various gang factions inside the downtown bank. Negotiations will take place between the gangs and the state authorities in an attempt to resolve the crisis peacefully.
Following the intense negotiations, if the state faction emerges victorious in the subsequent gunfight, a thrilling twist awaits. One of the gangs involved will be awaiting the Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) to arrest the participating gangs and transfer them to the Department of Corrections (DOC). However, the gang faction that did not participate in the bank heist will attempt to intercept the LEOs on their way to the DOC. Their goal is to either free their fellow gang members or eliminate the LEOs to evade capture.
In the event that the non-participating gang succeeds in their plan, they will have the opportunity to either rob the LEOs or plan a daring store robbery. On the other hand, if the LEOs manage to get the arrested gang members to the DOC, the gangs will have to face the consequences of their actions.
