I wanted to buy an apartment, I went to the guy to discuss the price he accepted to sell it for 1.9M , 500k in cash and 1.4m when he sell the apartment , he refused to sell me the apartment for 1.4m so I told him we can give him 300k first then 200k in cash after (he sell us the apartment for 1.4m) , so we agreed and gave him the 300k and he left the game XD.
