My friend take same punishment like me my friend name: Emre Brown id:20849
I'm really confused, how can I communicate with the man if the man I gave a STOP notice to won't stop?
What can I do in this situation other than try to stop the car and then try to talk like a human being?
Also, when I searched the forum to see if there is an example case, I could not find it.


If there is really a mistake on my part according to the rules, I really apologize, I'm a newbie, I don't know the rules exactly.
