It has come to my attention that I have been banned from the server for alleged cheating, which is something I assure you I have not engaged in. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding or confusion regarding my actions, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Firstly, I want to clarify that I am an avid player who enjoys the immersive experience provided by the Grand RP Sever. I have always respected the server's rules and regulations and have never intentionally violated any of them. I was shocked to discover that I had been banned for cheating, as this goes against my principles as a fair and honest player. I believe the ban may have been triggered by the fact that I use a VPN to connect to the server. Living in Iran, my family and I are required to use a VPN to access certain online services, including online gaming platforms. It is possible that the server's system detected my VPN connection and mistakenly associated it with cheating activities. I want to assure you that my use of a VPN is solely to bypass regional restrictions and does not involve any malicious intent or unfair advantage in gameplay. Furthermore, I would like to mention that the ban date provided does not align with the timeline of when I joined the game or the server. This further supports my claim that there may have been a mix-up or error in the identification of the banned account. To rectify this situation, I kindly request your assistance in thoroughly investigating my case i joined the server in 11.7.2023 and the day of the ban was before I even joined the server and the ban date was 6.18.2023. I am more than willing to cooperate and provide any necessary documentation or information to support my claim of innocence. I also want to mention that I have submitted a message to the technical support team explaining the issue of being unable to access the game without a VPN due to regional restrictions in Iran. I genuinely appreciate your time and consideration in reviewing my appeal. The Grand RP Sever holds great significance to me, and I genuinely enjoy being a part of the community. I kindly ask you to reconsider the ban and reinstate my account so that I can continue to contribute positively to the server.
