Levi Federal Was Born in Strawberry (Ghetto). My Parents was Died in a gang fight. I had no House to stay. that's why most of the time of my childhood passed on sleeping and roaming around in Ghetto. He used to see gang members robbing and killing people infront of him. So, he wanted to join Gang for food and earning money. He joined gang at the age of 13 years and trained by the gang members. At the age of 18 he became good shooter and one of the highest command in gang.
One Day, he saw a child crying beside of his mother's dead body. From that day he started feeling guilty as he killed so much people and robbed them.Then He wanted to leave this criminal activities and decided to join Los Santos Police Department and wanted to work as a shield for the city.
He join LSPD at 20 years old and working hard towards his department and now he is a assistant chief, because of his working style and professionalism towards LSPD. But Somewhere the greedness of earning money is still alive in Levi. As he used to earn a lot of money when he was in gang, In LSPD he can't able to earn that much money. that's why he wanted to earn money and take revenge as a Police Officer.
Outcomes:
1- Levi can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
2- Levi can buy and use illegal items (Drugs, Guns etc... from Black Market).
3- Levi can pick up illegal guns from operations and sell them in Black Market.
4- Levi can take bodycams off of officers and civilians and smash them with /try.
5- Levi can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer and without showing id.
6- Levi is able to fight 1v2 because of his LSPD/USSS training (will show fear when needed).
