This is not complaint against Shabbir's decision but request to reopen forum provided in proof link and take following POV in consideration.

In this POV from ID 635, it is clear that ID 44774 was part of situation and got killed between shootout.
Please reopen forum and take this POV in consideration.
Also, we have suspicion that ID 44774 was deputy when this situation happened and his position was removed just to avoid possible warning on organization.

Also, If we open another forum relating to this situation, 48 hours timeframe for opening complaint would be already over.
That is reason why we are requesting to reopen last forum.

Rejected. Pov does not belong to you and it is not in the complaint which you mentioned here. Furthermore administrator gave correct reply in complaint that people who killed him should make complaint to properly see if he was involved in situation or 635 could make complaint for administration to check it. Regarding 48 hours cannot do anything about it.
